This course is designed to pick up where ninth grade world history left off. We will begin with the Age of Exploration and move all the way into the modern era. Hang on, it is going to be a fast ride!

Expectations
This is a tenth grade, pre-IB course. As you are in high school I have certain expectations of you. Among them are that you know how to study, research, construct a properly formatted Bibliography, pay attention in class and most importantly, take responsibility for your actions. I view my job as to get you ready for IB and / or college. As such, be prepared to work.

Each and every day of this course will appear in this web site. All homework, due dates, worksheets, Power Points, etc. are to be found here. This means you have no excuse for not knowing what is expected of you. It also means your parents know too!
