I am currently in my tenth year of teaching, all of which have been overseas. At present I am teaching high school world history and Information Technology in a Global Society (an International Baccalaureate course) at The American International School - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
I graduated from Colorado State University with a B. A. in History in 1996. After graduation I spent two years in the United States Peace Corps-Poland teaching English as a foreign language. From there my wife (a fellow volunteer and educator) and I moved back to the United States to pursue further educational goals at Colorado State. From there we moved back overseas to Mexico City to work at the American school in the heart of the world's largest city. From there we moved here to Riyadh.
I am currently pursuing my certificate as an online instructor in hopes of broadening my mind, as well as my teaching bag-o'-tricks.
